Diagnosed with Cerebral vascular disease, small vessel disease and Vascular Dementia in 2015, Christine works extensively with CCNA”s EPLED Team and with many other teams in the CCNA. A former board member of Dementia Alliance International and Dementia Advocate, Christine’s advocacy work has taken her from speaking at the United Nations, and to become a published author, her book is For this I am Grateful Living with Dementia. Her work with the VAST team is important to her given her diagnosis. She feels the work of the VAST team is key to helping those living with Dementia and Cognitive Impairments having a better quality of life.
